Hyderabad: As many as 1352 pilgrims of Telangana and Andhra Pradesh returned home from Madina Munawwara during the past 3 days. 2 batches arrived at Shamsabad International Airport in the wee hours of Friday. The first flight carried 339 pilgrims while the second carried 340 pilgrims.
Special Officer Telangana Hajj Committee Prof. S A Shukoor welcomed the pilgrims at Hajj terminal and congratulated them. Pilgrims declared the arrangements made by Saudi government, Indian Hajj Mission and Consulate as satisfactory. Pilgrims were provided 5-litre can of Zamzam water by Hajj Committee. Pilgrims of 1st batch offered Fajr prayer while the pilgrims of 2nd batch offered Zohr prayer at the Hajj Terminal. Friday prayer was arranged by the Hajj Committee at the terminal.
Prof. Shukoor informed that 4 batches would arrive on Saturday, October 8.
