2 accused in Akbar Owaisi attack case granted bail

Hyderabad, July 21: Hyderabad, July 21:The Andhra Pradesh High Court today granted bail for two accused allegedly involved in the MIM MLA Akbaruddin Owaisi attack case.

After rejection of bail petitions in the lower courts the accused persons approached the Andhra Pradesh High Court for grant of bail and the matter came up for hearing before the bench of Justice M. G.Krishna Mohan Reddy.

The Senior Advocate of High Court Mr.Padmanabha Reddy and Muzaffarullah Khan Advocate argued for the accused persons and contended before the court that there is no legal evidence to prove the conspiracy in the MIM MLA Akbaruddin Owaisi attack case.

The High Court after hearing the arguements between Public prosecutor and the defence counsel granted bail to Accused No.6 Younus Bin Omer Yafai @ Miyan Bhai elder brother of Mohammed Bin Omer Yafai (Mohammed Pahelwan) and Accused No. 11 Bahadur Ali Khan alias Munawar Iqbal.

The MIM MLA was attacked by a group persons at Chandrayangutta Barkas on April 30 and the sleuths of Central Crime Station (CCS) arrested 14 accused persons in the case and also filed a charg-sheet.
