1st batch of state Hajj pilgrims reaches Madina

After the completion of Hajj pilgrimage and all the required rituals, the first batch of state Hajj pilgrims reached the second holiest city of Islam _ Madina Munawwara. Prof. S A Shukoor Special Officer Telangana State Hajj Committee who is constantly in touch with the Hajj volunteers and officials of Hajj committee and Indian Hajj Mission told that the pilgrims set off for Madina in the early hours of Saturday through buses. They were shifted to their hotels and lodges after reaching Madina and after completing all the formalities the pilgrims visited Masjid-e-Nabvi and offered durood at Rauza-e-Nabi.

After a stay for 9 days they will return to Hyderabad on October 20, through a special chartered Hajj flight of Saudi Airlines.

Preparations are in full swing at Hajj terminal of Rajiv Gandhi international Airport to welcome Hajj pilgrims.
