A teenage girl allegedly committed suicide today by hanging herself at her house in Samba district of Jammu and Kashmir.
The 19-year-old was found hanging from the ceiling fan in her room, police said.
No suicide note was recovered from the room, they said, adding that a case has been registered in this regard and the matter is being probed.
