18-year-old schoolboy stabbed to death in Delhi

New Delhi, April 19: An 18-year-old schoolboy was stabbed to death Sunday when he tried to resist two armed robbers in a park in east Delhi’s Pandav Nagar, police said.

“We got to know about the incident at 11.15 a.m.,” said a police official.

“Dheeraj and a girl were sitting in a park when robbers tried to rob them,” a senior police official told IANS.

The girl ran away to safety but the robbers allegedly stabbed Dheeraj, a Class 10 student.

“We have registered a case of murder and robbery, further investigations are on,” added the police official.
