A voter turnout of 18.97 percent was recorded till 10 am on Sunday in the fourth phase of the Bihar Assembly polls.
A total of 776 candidates are battling for 55 seats across seven districts of West Champaran, East Champaran, Sheohar, Sitamarhi, Muzaffarpur, Gopalgunj and Siwan.
Voting has already taken place for 131 seats in the earlier phases.
Leaders of both NDA and grand alliance are making extensive tours. Prime Minister Narendra Modi will address three election rallies in Madhubani, Katihar and Madhepura today.
Chief Minister Nitish Kumar and RJD chief Lalu Prasad are scheduled to address a series of meetings in support of grand alliance.
The last phase for the remaining 57 seats will take place on November 5. The counting of votes will be held on November 8. (ANI)
