16th batch of Hajj aspirants leaves for Jeddah through Hajj Committee

The 16th batch of aspirants of State Hajj Committee comprising of 350 aspirants left for Jeddah on Saturday. Aspirants of Karnataka and Telangana were also included in the group. Thus 5450 aspirants reached Makkah Mukarrama through State Hajj Committee so far. Another 2 batches are yet to depart which will set off on September 28.

Director General Anti Corruption Bureau Mr. A K Khan (IPS) and MLC Hafez Peer Shabbir Ahmed flagged off the 16th batch of Hajj aspirants at Hajj House Nampally. Mr. A K Khan requested the pilgrims to make special prayer for progress, integrity and peace of the country. He told that Hajj pilgrims are the guests of Allah and their prayers are accepted hence they should include the entire country in their prayers.

Hafez Peer Shabbir Ahmed explained the Hajj and its etiquettes and said that pilgrims must show restraint and discipline during the Hajj pilgrimage.
