16-yr-old boy was killed for refusing sex

On Saturday, a 33-year-old man was arrested in Chidambaram in Tamil Nadu on charges of killing a 16-year-old boy for refusing to have sex with him.

According to Police, K Soorya Prakash, a Class XI student, went missing on April 21 after he had left home for tuition.

Kandasamy, the vicrtims father lodged a complaint with the Chidambaram town police after he couldn’t find his son. As police were looking for the boythe father got a call demanding a ransom of Rs 25 lakh. The caller threatened to kill the boy if Kandasamy refused to pay the money or alerted police.

In the meantime, customers visiting an eatery run by M Jawahar Babu, 33year-old, on the ground floor of the complex, where the boy’s family lived complained of foul smell coming from the premises. They alerted police.

A team of police reached the spot and on inspection found the boy’s body stuffed in a gunny bag. Police arrested Babu.

According to Police, inquiries revealed that Babu asked the teen to have sex with him on April 21. When the boy disallowed, he hit him with a wooden log on his head. The boy sustained severe injuries and died on the spot.
