A group of students from Indus International School, Hyderabad have collectively garnered scholarships worth Rs 11 crore this year, after judging the students on their academic achievements, personality traits, leadership skills, physical agility and various other factors.
These 16 students includes Nitya, Nirati, Veditha, Sriven and Anurag won top honors for Indus International School, Hyderabad, as in addition to 100 per cent scholarships, these students have received multiple scholarships and placement opportunity too.
When asked about their aims Nitya, Veditha and Sriven are planning to pursue a Medicine degree, Anurag aims to pursue Engineering and Nirati will study Public Relations.
The value of the scholarships averages applied range from Rs 1,82,226 per year to full scholarships of Rs 4,28,92,919 from leading Universities like Carnegie Melon, Northeastern University, Colombia University and University of Toronto among many other prestigious Universities.
Additionally one of the students has also been placed in University of Arts, London which is ranked third globally among leading fashion institutes.
