Beijing: Sixteen persons, among them three children, were found murdered in their homes on Thursday in China’s Yunnan province, the police said.
An initial investigation showed they were murdered, a police officer said, Xinhua news agency reported.
The 16 victims, including males and females, were from six households in Yema village, near Daibu township.
Further investigation was underway.
