Chandigarh, April 05: In a major administrative reshuffle, the Haryana government tonight transferred 16 IAS officers, including several commissioners.
Among those transferred are Madhusudan Prasad, Financial Commissioner and Principal Secretary, Power Department, who has been given the additional charge of Financial Commissioner and Principal Secretary (FCPS), Renewable Energy Department in place of S S Prasad.
Prasad has been posted as FCPS, Higher Education and Languages and Science and Technology Departments in place of Rajan Gupta who has been appointed as Financial Commissioner and Principal Secretary, Food and Supplies Department, an official release said here.
Sarban Singh, FCPS, Sports and Youth Affairs Department and Secretary, Cell for Proper Utilisation/Disposal of Government Property, Nodal Officer for monitoring the Chief Minister’s announcements and looking after work of monitoring and coordination has been posted as FCPS, Labour and Employment Department relieving Surina Rajan of the charge.
