(Siasat News) Hyderabad is unique in the entire country where marvelous historical buildings exists which enhance the prestige and dignity of the city. This city has Osmania University which fulfills the thirst of the knowledge seekers. It is supposed to be the ocean of knowledge. Various historical monuments starting from Golconda fort to Makkah Masjid tell the story of human friendly attitude of Muslim rulers. It is very regrettable that the officials of archeology are shutting their eyes when these historical monuments are being damaged.
Hussain Sagar Lake was constructed in 1562 by Hzt. Hussain Shah Vali Rh., who was P.W.D. Minister during the reign of Ibrahim Qutub Shah. It is very lamentable that 33 illegal statues have been erected on Tank Band and a temple has been constructed. It was noticed that under the Tank band 33 illegal temples have been constructed. The Govt. officials and GHMC workers did not bother about it. Govt. should have implemented the orders of the Supreme Court to avoid pollution.
