Hyderabad: II class magistrate court at Nampally on Thursday sent 13 persons to two-day imprisonment for driving without licence.
13 persons who were caught driving without a license in the past few days at Moosaram Bagh, Nalgonda X Roads and Gaddiannaram were produced before the court by the Malakpet traffic police.
According to Malakpet inspector (traffic) K Venkat Reddy the offenders were booked under sections 180 (allowing unauthorised persons to drive vehicles) and 181 (driving without a licence) of the Motor Vehicle (MV) Act and were sentenced to two-day imprisonment.
