If Chief Minister of Telangana wants to mount pressure on Prime Minister Narendra Modi he may do so, but before that he must fulfil the promise made to Muslims by forming BC Commission. He also mentioned SC ST subplan through which SCs and STs are getting grants of lakhs of rupees.
