12 officers handed over to Minority Welfare

Hyderabad: To cope up with the staff crunch after the formation of new districts in Minority Welfare Department, government has handed over the services of 12 officers from Planning Department to the Minority Welfare Department. It is said that services of statistical officers have been handed over the Minority Welfare Department to appoint them as District Minority Welfare Officers.

Secretary Minority Welfare Syed Omer Jaleel is taking measures to appoint officers. In the first phase these 12 officers will be appointed; if required the respective Executive Director Minority Finance Corporation will be given additional charge of DMW. Even as the Minority Welfare Department is already facing staff crunch the government has decided to form 17 new districts.
