At least 12 people incurred minor injuries as businesses returned to normal a day after a massive 7.8-magnitude earthquake, which originated near remote Japanese islands, shook the country.
The U.S. Geological Survey detected the epicentre of Saturday’s quake to be 189 kilometres off the Ogasawara islands at a depth of 421 miles. However, no tsunami warnings were issued, reported Fox News.
