Minority Residential Schools in Telangana state are having all the state-of-art facilities, where students get free boarding and lodging facilities. The schools will work on the lines of international and corporate schools, said Mr. B Shafiullah IAS secretary Telangana Minorities Residential Institutes Education Society (TMRIES) while addressing an advisory meeting of teachers, candidates and NGOs here at Siasat office. He informed that Telangana government established 71 schools in 10 districts during 2016 and now sanctioned the proposal of establishing one Minority Residential School in each assembly constituency. Thus by 2017-18, 201 schools will run in the state. The schools are teaching moral education besides modern education and Urdu has been made compulsory as 1st or 2nd language. CC TV cameras are installed for safety and security of students and full time staff nurse and medical team is also the part of staff. Mr. Khaja Fareeduddin Assistant Secretary Retd MRO explained the recruitment procedure of teachers and told that Telangana State Public Service Commission will conduct recruitment exam.
