Hyderabad, January 02: Eleven persons, including two engineering students, died in separate road accidents in Andhra Pradesh today, police said.
Four persons, including a woman, were killed and two others injured after a speeding lorry hit the auto-rickshaw, in which they were travelling, from the rear-side on Gajwel-Pragnyapur route in Medak district at around 3:30 PM, they said.
In a hit-and-run case, three motorcycle-borne youths died on the spot after an unknown vehicle hit their two-wheeler near Gopavaram village between Nandayal-Gidduluru route in Kurnool district at around 6:30 PM, a police officer.
