1-day auto bandh from midnight today

As part of the 1-day bandh by All India Trade Unions against road safety bill of Central Government, auto bandh will be held from midnight of April 29. Auto Drivers Joint Action Committee leader Mohammed Amanullah Khan, B Venkatesh, M A Saleem, V Kiran and others in a statement told that 1,25,000 autos would be off the road in the twin cities. A protest rally would also be staged from Sundarya Park to Indira Park. They told that Central government in the name of road safety wanted to increase fine amount and to cancel the license hence the bandh is being organised against this.
