According to latest reports, Deepika Padukone is playing the role of a young revolutionary in the film KHELEIN HUM JEE JAAN SEY and has to drape a saree to look the part.
But, while shooting for the film, the actress had to do many retakes as she found it difficult to drape a saree and do the action scenes. Finally, it was her designer who came to her rescue and made her feel comfortable during the shoot.

Mumbai, May 20: Manish Malhotra says he has designed Kareena Kapoor’s costumes for her stage performance at the International Indian Film Academy (IIFA) awards 2010 in the Sri Lankan capital Colombo next month.
“I am doing the finale fashion show there and also designing Kareena Kapoor’s costumes for her performance,” Malhotra told IANS in an interview.
Aamir Khan-starrer “3 Idiots” has bagged the maximum number of nominations at the IIFA. It has received 14 nominations, including best film, best actor, best director and best actress among others.

London, May 20: Actress Megan Fox has been dropped from the third instalment of “Transformers” after she publicly criticised director Michael Bay, reports contactmusic.com.
The star slammed director Bay in her interviews in 2009 saying he was a “nightmare to work for” and “hopelessly awkward”. Now she has not been dropped from the cast of the part three, says a source from Paramount Pictures.

Himesh Reshammiya will not attend the International Indian Film Academy (IIFA) awards in Sri Lanka next month. Reason? The music composer is miffed with the organisers for turning a blind eye to his last release, Radio. The film has been ignored from all the music nominations categories.
Even though Radio didn’t work at the box-office, the music was a commercial success.

“She thinks that three days in jail is better than 60 days in rehab and she’s sadly mistaken. Lindsay doesn’t realise how horrible it is to be in jail for one, two, three days or longer. It was reported that Amisha lost her temper on seeing a scratch on the side of her car, which was parked outside her gym. When her driver failed to explain what caused the scratch, she hurled abuses at him and slapped him.

A source told the Mumbai Mirror that while some board members are willing to clear the film, others are inclined to be cautious, because of the film, touted as a hard hitting political drama, comes uncomfortably close to reality.
Since the film was first announced a year ago, there have been persistent rumors that Katrina Kaif’s character in it is inspired from that of congress president Sonia Gandhi.
