In multiplexes but Colors channel, which had obtained the TV rights of the movie, will be screening ‘Kites’ on June 27.
The channel had previously shown high-profile films like ‘Ajab Prem Ki Gazab Kahani’ and ‘Blue’ within months of their release.
New Delhi, June 10: There were reports that Imtiaz Ali has finalised half Czech- half Pakistani model Nargis Fakhri for “Rockstar” opposite Ranbir Kapoor, but the director denied it saying he is still looking for the female lead.
“No, that’s not true. We are still hunting for the female lead… I can’t speak more on it now as I am really not talking about it right now,” Ali, 38, told IANS.
Casually dressed in a white striped t-shirt and jeans, the director was looking his usual calm self when he was spotted by an IANS correspondent Wednesday at the Sheraton hotel here.

New York, June 10: Hollywood actress Jennifer Aniston has been roped in to star as a sex-obsessed dentist in a new comic-murder thriller “Horrible Bosses”.
The movie also stars Colin Farrell, Jamie Foxx and Jason Bateman and is “a total departure from the other comedies she’s been doing”, reports nypost.com.
Meanwhile, Aniston is not joining the starcast of “Scream 4″.
A recent tabloid report claimed that Aniston, 41, will play a woman murdered in the opening sequence of the movie as a “favour” to Courtney Cox, a friend who is reprising her role in the franchise.
