YCP Members Should Learn How to Behave in Assemby–TDP

TDP senior leader Dokka Manikya Varaprasad today suggested to YSRC legislators to take training on how to behave in the Assembly.

Speaking to media at NTR trust bhavan here, he said instead of participating in the discussion on various people’s problems, the way YSRC members behaved in the session is against the spirit of the constitution.

It was unfortunate that opposition members created hurdles in the session in spite of government’s intention to have discussion on call money scam and its readiness for an inquiry. Opposition leader Jagan wanted to dictate terms and wanted the assembly to work as per his whims, he alleged.

Jagan has lost opportunity to claim being a dalit supporter by opposing discussion on Ambedkar, the TDP leader said.

Strongly condemning the behavior of YSRC member and actress Roja, Manikya Varaprasad said article 212 of the constitution clearly stated that assembly decision can not be challenged.

He alleged that Jagan instead of participating in discussion in the assembly, is speaking in front of media after boycotting the session. Jagan should change his mentality. The members should give respect to the speaker and the chief minister who had wide experience, he suggested.

Varaprasad said he had opposed bauxite mining during YSR rule when he was the minister. Now, we should support Chandrababu Naidu who is working to protect the interests of the girijans on the issue of bauxite mining.(NSS)
