Yakub Memon to be hang on 30th July

No stay on Yakub’s execution by the Supreme Court. He will be hang tomorrow as scheduled earlier by TADA Court.

The Supreme Court on Wednesday held that Yakub Memon’s Curative Petition was rightly disposed off.

Yakub Memon’s petition for mercy was rejected by Maharashtra Governor Vidyasagar Rao.

Senior lawyer Ujjwal Nikam said, “Supreme Court has today rejected petition (curative) filed by Yakub and dismissed all the contentions raised by him.”

Memon, the sole death row convict in the 1993 Mumbai serial blasts case, has filed fresh mercy plea with the President on Wednesday.
