TDP senior leader Motkupally Narasimhulu today demanded that the TRS government declare Yadadri (Yadagirigutta) as a new district with Yadadri as its headquarters.
Speaking to the media on Thursday, Motkupally said, “We will pray God and place a letter at Lord Lakshminarasimhaswami divine feet to help declare Yadadri as a new district. “We are urging the State government to fulfill its demand as it was not a political one, but a genuine people’s demand,” Motkupally added. Welcoming Chief Minister K Chandrasekhar Rao’s move to extend metro rail service up to Yadadri, the TDP leader said KCR would be felicitated if the dream come true. (NSS)
