Moga: A woman was allegedly raped by her brother-in-law at Kannian village in Moga district, police said today.
The woman in her police complaint alleged that Amandeep Singh of Dhindsa village in Firozepur district came to her house while she was alone and forcible raped her yesterday, the police said.
Before leaving Amandeep threatened her if she lodges a complaint about the incident, he will kill her, the woman, a health worker alleged in her complaint.
The police has registered a case of rape against the accused who is absconding.
