Role Summary/Purpose
The role entails providing high quality customer service to the credit card customers via e-chat
while ensuring that required service is rendered in accordance with the policies and procedures.
Essential Responsibilities
Be available as per the schedule to eChat with customers based out of US
Resolve customer queries and concerns through eChat.
Ensure efficient, effective and accurate service is provided to the customers.
Provide customers with complete product and service information.
Follow-up on customer inquiries and resolve.
