Job Description:
Candidate will be responsible for internal BPO Hirings.
Sourcing, Screening & selecting the CVs from online job boards
Conduct the telephonic interviews for out station candidates in Pan India.
Must have experience in IT/ BPO recruitment.
Scheduling, Follow-up, Coordination with candidate and feedback from interviewer.
