VH questions DS claim on Congress victory twice

Congress senior leader and Rajya Sabha member V Hanumanth Rao has questioned the claim of former PCC Chief D Srinivas that he had brought the Congress party to power twice. He also asked as to why the latter didn’t speak about it when former Chief Minister Dr Y S Rajashekar Reddy was alive.

Speaking to the media at Assembly on Saturday, VH alleged that DS has joined TRS only to protect his booty he earned illegally. He also alleged that DS was notorious for selling B-forms. Stating that DS would do his personal money minting works making Chief Minister K Chandrasekhar Rao to sit in his farm house, Hanumanth Rao warned KCR to be very careful about DS.

DS joined TRS for personal agenda: TPCC

Another Congress leader TPCC official spokesperson Mahesh Kumar Goud also slammed former PCC Chief D Srinivas to state that he had brought the Congress party to power twice.

Speaking to the media at Gandhi Bhavan here on Saturday, Mahesh Goud threw a challenge to DS to tell how many constituencies he had toured to participate in election campaigning. He ridiculed that the former PCC Chief won the election only thrice as the party gave him eight chances to contest. Reminding that the Congress gave DS several opportunities, Mahesh alleged that the latter joined the TRS with personal agenda. (NSS)
