Vet. Doctor’s certificate essential for transportation of big animals

Hyderabad: Commissioner of Hyderabad City Police told that for transportation of big animals into Hyderabad city, a certificate issued by a veterinary doctor is essential. He also told that police check posts have been setup in the border areas of Hyderabad and Cyberabad. Every attempt would be made to avoid any unpleasant incident. He also appealed to the people not to take law into their hands. He informed that elaborate security arrangements are being made on the occasion of Ganesh Festivals and Eid-ul-Azha. 20000 policemen have been deployed in the city. Stern action would be taken against provocative speeches during Ganesh procession. Video recording would be made of all the activities of Ganesh procession. He mentioned that 310 very sensitive and 650 sensitive areas have been identified where police pickets are being posted. Elaborate security arrangements are also being made around legislative assembly which is scheduled to start its session on 23rd September. The proceedings of Ganesh immersions on 27th September will be recorded through CCTVs and it would be monitored through the central control room. He informed that additional police force from Telangana Districts, A.P. State and Chhattisgarh are being commissioned. He further told that it is for the first time that Ganesh festival is being celebrated on 27th September and Eid-ul-Azha is falling on 25th Septemeber for which extra precautions have been taken.
