Johannesburg : Manchester United manager Louis Van Gaal has admitted that his job is under scrutiny, following his side 1-2 defeat at home against Norwich City in Premier League.
Van Gaal said that his club was going through a difficult period, insisting them to work extremely harder as a professional to come out of this bad situation.
The 64-year-old further called on his side to stick together and believe in each other, Sport24 reported.
Reflecting on the defeat, Van Gaal said that it was really difficult for his side to accept their loss against Norwich City.
United have lost three matches in a row and are currently nine points behind the leaders Leicester City in league standings.
With the first defeat at home, United have also slipped out of the top four ahead of their next match against Stoke City on December 26. (ANI)
