Uttam asks party men to strive to restore past glory

TPCC president N Uttam Kumar Reddy today exhorted party leaders and workers to strive to bring back past glory to the Congress by facing TRS unitedly.

On Monday, Telangana Congress party organized Congress party foundation day celebrations on a grand note. After hoisting the party flag on Gandhi Bhavan premises, Uttam Kumar said the ruling party was trying to destroy the “nation on the basis of religion”. He alleged that the Narendra Modi government was conspicuously behaving rudely towards AICC vice-president Rahul Gandhi.

Congress leaders — TPCC working president Mallu Bhatti Vikramarka, Leader of Opposition in the Council Shabbir Ali, Rajya Sabha member V Hanumantha Rao, former ministers Ponnala Laxmaiah, Danam Nagender and others participated in the program. (NSS)
