Job Description:
Contacting candidates, following-up with candidates, and managing candidate pipeline.
Understanding the job requirements of the client companies.
Scheduling interviews, briefing and debriefing candidates before and after interviews.
Maintaining timely documentation of all conversations with candidates within our internal database.
Assisting in generating leads from conversations with candidates.
Posting job descriptions on job boards, and tracking posting status and results.
Conducting telephonic interview to check suitability and availability of candidates for further interview with clients
Attending incoming calls related to ads.
Short listing the candidates.
Scheduling interview of the shortlisted candidates and taking the feedback after their interview.
Follow up the candidates as well as with the clients (till candidates join the org).
Maintaining database and excel sheet tracker for sourcing profiles, status of the candidates.
Recording the data about the interview schedules, offered candidates, pending joiners.
Client coordinations on day to day basises.
