Uniform Civil Code is the ideology of fascist forces. It is an effort to intervene into religious matters of Muslim by enforcing law. But enforcement of such law is not possible in democratic India. Senior advocate High Court and President All India Muslim Front Osman Shaheed said this while addressing a public meeting held to create awareness against Uniform Civil Code and Section 498 A which is becoming cause of destruction of families. He further claimed that the ideology of Uniform Civil Court aims at creating Hindu Rashtra. RSS has been dreaming of this since 1933 and now after Modi government came to power the communal mentality of RSS is fast working on this ideology.
Mr. Osman Shaheed assured to give all possible support to the campaigns run against Uniform Civil Code. ‘Intervention into religious matters of Muslims is intolerable’ he said. On the occasion he stressed the need for effective measures by Telangana government for protection of Waqf properties.
Maulvi Alauddin Ansari advocate, Syed Kareemuddin Shakeel advocate, Mujahed Hashmi, Mohammed Ali Tanzeem Azad and others addressed on the occasion.
