Two AMU female research scholars get best paper award

Aligarh: Ms. Bushra Muzaffar, Senior Research Fellow, and Ms. Urooj Fatima, Research Scholar have  been conferred upon the Best Paper Award for their research paper, titled “What impact do training practices have on employees’ Commitment and turnover intention: A study of Indian IT professionals’’.

The award has been given to them at the 3rd International Conference on “Skill Development and Technological Innovations for Economic Growth (ICST-2015)” held at Institute of Management Studies, Ghaziabad.
