TSPSC to announce syllabus today

The Telangana State Public Service (TSPSC) will announce its syllabus for various recruitments here on Monday.

TSPSC Chairman Ghanta Chakrapani will make the announcement at the Commission’s office on Monday. According to sources, maximum marks will be for the history of Telangana, culture and statehood movement. The history of Telangana has been divided into three parts – Pre- 1948, 1948-2002 and 2002-2014. The formation of Telangana Rashtra Samithi in 2001, statehood movement, Chief Minister K. Chandrashekar Rao’s role and especially his hunger strike, the Andhra Pradesh Reorganisation Act and related aspects would be included in the history part of the Telangana State.

Sources further say that the Telangana’s financial aspects, Mulki Rule, Presidential Order, GO 610, Zonal System and other aspects would also be part of the syllabus. For Group-I exams, as many as 250 out of 1,000 marks would be for Telangana’s history. (INN)
