TRS leaders active for 12% reservations campaign

Hyderabad: Every person from Muslim Community is getting associated with the campaign launched by Siasat Urdu Daily for getting 12% reservations to Muslims. Most of the youths are expressing their sentiments that this movement will be successful since it is yielding fruitful results. Mr. Amer Ali Khan, News Editor of Siasat Urdu Daily had appealed to the Muslims to join this movement rising above their party affiliations. Yesterday representations were submitted in Hyderabad, Ranga Reddy and other districts of Telangana. Leaders from Congress and TRS also participated in submitted memorandum.

 

A delegation of Pan Shops Owners’ Association met the Collectors of Hyderabad and Ranga Reddy District and submitted memorandum for 12% reservation to Muslims. The delegation was led by Mr. Salahuddin, General Secretary of the Association. He applauded the movement launched by Siasat Urdu Daily. He further said that Siasat Urdu Daily has taken many steps for the development of Muslim Community. The delegation requested the CM of Telangana, Mr. KCR to ensure the development of Muslim Community by providing 12% reservation.

 

A delegation led by Mr. Syed Yousuf Hashmi, Congress leader also presented a memorandum and told that he would cooperate with this movement. He further said that by constituting committees and making promises is not going to solve the problem. The CM of Telangana should take necessary steps for getting proper recommendation from BCs Commission so that it is free from legal complications.

 

A delegation of Mazher Educational Society led by Mr. Ismail-ur-Rab Ansari presented a memorandum to Tahsildar, Musherabad. He requested the Muslims to associate themselves with the movement. He further told that in the next 10 years, there won’t be any opportunity for recruitments.

 

In the districts of Telangana many organizations submitted memorandum to various offices. In Shadnagar on behalf of Ittehad Youths’ Association a memorandum was submitted to Jogu Ramanna and Dr. C. Lakshma Reddy (Ministers). Another delegation led by Chairman of Allama Iqbal Urdu Ghar, Bodhan presented a memorandum to RDO, Bodhan, Nizamabad. A delegation of Urdu Journalists presented a memorandum to President, Mandal Praja Parishad, Yella Reddy in Nizamabad. Mr. Malik Motasim Khan, Secretary, Jamat-e-Islami addressed a press conference in Mudhol supporting this campaign. Dr. Anees Siddiqui and his colleagues presented a memorandum to RDO Warangal.
