Hyderabad: The Legal Cell of Telangana Pradesh Congress Committee on Saturday held a dharna at Indira Park on Saturday demanding immediate bifurcation of High Court.
About 50 advocates, associated with TPCC Legal Cell, participated in the dharna which was visited by senior Congress leaders including Rajya Sabha MP V Hanumantha Rao, MLA A Sampath Kumar and former ministers D Nagender and D Sridhar Babu. Speaking on the occasion, Legal Cell Chairman C Damodar Reddy blamed the TRS Government for delay information of a separate High Court for Telangana. He said that the State Government has failed to pressurise the Centre for hastening up the division of High Court. (INN)
