We are currently hiring a Team Member – Acquisition for a Telecommunication Company that is a leader in the telecom vertical.
Major Deliverable’s :-
1. Prepaid revenue enhancement –
Achieving gross and net add targets as per AOP.
Launch new product / initiatives / IN features to boost acquisitions and revenue.
Monitor ARPU and plan profitability of all new pre paid launches.
To identify new segments for prepaid acquisitions and plan and implement the strategy to penetrate the same with leadership position.
Increase prepaid acquisitions through Handset bundling and effective tariff structures.
Create marketing plan for Open market handsets and schemes to boost prepaid sales.
Building common brand and capitalize on multi platform opportunities.
2. Prepaid churn and CLM –
Increase prepaid usage, retention by running campaigns to stimulate usage.
Focused segmented approach to derive revenues and competitive products.
Strategize different programs to reduce prepaid churn and inactive base.
3. Product communication –
Smooth and streamlined deployment of new product initiatives at all customer touch points and communication elements. like product brief, product training to appropriate channel.
Reducing customer churn across segments to increase intention to stay.
Take decision on life cycle view of customer.
Salary:INR 13,00,000 – 14,00,000 P.A. Best in the Industry

Pre- Requisites :-
Preferably a management graduate with minimum 4 years of experience into product marketing spanning verticals such as Telecom,Banking,Insurance or IT.
Should be an effective communicator.
