Job Description:

Summary of essential Job functions
Handling various functions involved in an Insurance life cycle and other interrelated activities.
Perform various tasks and duties that include processing, changing and updating Policy/ Customer information in tools maintained by Client.
Adhering to Client SLAs
Recognize any non-standard situation and alert immediate Manager
Recognize and drive Process Improvement solutions. Support team by providing solutions in complex situations
Manage Team queries in a scientific and systematic manner via SOPS, FAQs and other systems
Perform Quality checks and audits on work completed by fellow team members
Own and maintain changes to relevant Process Documentation, Training and Certification Modules
Demonstrate ability to train associates in Insurance domain using a structured approach.
Assist Team Lead in management tasks as required
Actively participate as relevant in Client/Internal meetings
Provide MIS reports as relevant
Administer team in meeting client SLAs

Technical Skills, Experience and Qualification:

Any Full time Graduation/ MBA
4 – 7 years of International BPO experience with Minimum 1 year of Team Handling experience
Minimum 1 year Experience in Insurance domain- Either Front Office or Back Office Ops
Understanding of General Insurance policies and procedures is an added advantage
Advance Level knowledge of Microsoft Office applications like, Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc.
