TDP being wiped out from Ranga Reddy district: KTR

Panchayat Raj Minister K. Tarakarama Rao on Wednesday claimed that the Telugu Desam Party was being wiped out from the Ranga Reddy district.

Addressing a meeting of Sarpanches, MPTCs and other workers, who joined the TRS at Medchal today, KTR said that TDP has already been wiped out of Medchal and Shamirpet mandals. TDP will become extinct from entire Ranga Reddy district soon, he said adding that the workers were feeling suffocated in Andhra party.

KTR said that the TDP’s High Command belongs to Andhra while TRS party’s High Command lives in each and every lane of Telangana State. He also listed out various welfare schemes being implemented by the TRS Government. He said that the government was spending over Rs. 4400 crore annually on pensions alone while Rs. 51,000 were being provided to poor girls belonging to SC, ST and minorities at the time of their marriage.
