TDP blamed TRS that it is appeasing the people by lucrative announcements. In fact in Telangana, the Govt. is functioning in an autocratic way. Due to bad governance, Telangana is facing financial difficulties. This was expressed by TDP spokesperson, Mr. V. Pratap Reddy. Telangana was a surplus state. Mr. KCR made announcements without any thinking. By releasing the funds in an abrupt manner, the treasury of the State has become empty. Expressing anger at the malfunctioning of TRS Govt., Mr. Reddy told that on account of public protest, Mr. KCR kept quiet on shifting of Secretariat to Erragudda Hospital which humiliated him. Now Mr. KCR is talking about shifting of OGH which is nothing but madness. He ridiculed the announcements made by KCR. He pointed out that he had made an announcement that Govt. would acquire OU lands for constructing houses for the poor families of Parsigutta but due to the strong protest by OU students, he was forced to withdraw it. CM is proving totally ineffective in taking concrete steps.
