Manage end to end hiring process including man power budget, job analysis, sourcing profiles, interviews schedule, CTC negotiations, job offers, joining formalities, and induction process. Ensure recruitment costs are within prescribed limits.
Couple business acumen and insight with market intelligence & knowledge of talent pools to develop recruiting plans and strategies to meet not only the current business need, but support the long term talent requirements.
Leverage talent expertise, understand talent acquisition plans, business model, operations, competitive position and business products & services to identify the top business priorities and make recommendations and influence internal stakeholders regarding talent acquisition.
Conduct initial phone screens and make use of appropriate tools such as a behavioural interview guide and working to agreed selection criteria.
Responsible for competencies mapping, gap analysis, training needs assessments and execution of training programs.
Manage database and prepare MIS.

Familiar with head hunting techniques, social outreach, job portals, referral promotions, conducting walk-in interviews, campus hiring & Internship offers from Tier 1 institutes/ B Schools.
Self-starter with ability to work in a face-paced environment with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Great organizational skills and attention to detail, able to juggle and prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously.
A high level of professional integrity and confidentiality and the ability to handle sensitive issues and situations with poise and emotional maturity.
Broad understanding of competency based assessment methodologies and measurement tools.
