Hyderabad: CM of Telangana State, Mr. KCR started consultations for cabinet reshuffle. He consulted TRS National General Secretary, Dr. K. Keshav Rao and former Congress President, Mr. D. Srinivas. Reliable sources indicated that Mr. KCR wants to induct Mr. D. Srinivas into cabinet as there are no experienced ministers in the T-cabinet except Mr. K. Sri Hari. Most of the Ministers are new in the cabinet and Mr. KCR and State Government officials face difficulties in taking important decisions. It is understood that Mr. D. Srinivas has given his consent to join the cabinet. With his induction into cabinet, Congress cadre from Nizamabad and Telangana districts would be persuaded to join TRS. The services of Mr. D. Srinivas could also be helpful in attracting BC communities. Mr. D. Srinivas is desirous of getting a berth in Telangana Legislative Council for his son D. Sanjay. However, Mr. KCR has not given any assurance in this regard.
Sources close to KCR indicated that four Ministers from the present cabinet could be dropped and a woman minister would be inducted. It is almost certain that Mr. K. Eshwar of Kareem Nagar would be inducted into the cabinet for which Mr. KCR has given an assurance.
It is understood that Mr. KCR is not satisfied with the functioning of certain Ministers since they have not gained expertise in officials matters of their Ministry.
