Mumbai: Director Ali Abbas Zafar has jetted off to Los Angeles for work on his upcoming film “Sultan”, starring Salman Khan.

“Heading to Los Angeles to set the action of#sultan with @larnellstovall. The countdown to the shoot begins,” Zafar tweeted.

Larnell Stovall is an internation fight choreographer, and given his involvement in “Sultan”, fans of Salman can perhaps look forward to some awe-inspiring action sequences in the film.

Produced by Aditya Chopra under his Yash Raj Films banner, the movie is reportedly based on the life of a wrestler and the “Dabangg” star will be seen in the lead role. His leading lady in the film is yet to be announced.

While the shooting of the film is scheduled to commence in November, its release date has been fixed for the auspicious occasion of Eid in 2016.

Meanwhile, Salman is busy promoting his forthcoming production “Hero”, and he is also tied up with the shoot of “Prem Ratan Dhan Payo”. He will also soon be seen on the small screen as the host of “Bigg Boss 9”.
