A Special Passport Mela is being held on October 31 exclusively for Police personnel and their families working under Hyderabad Police Commissionarate by the RPO Hyderabad.
The main objective is to facilitate the Police personnel and their family members to obtain Passports who are otherwise busy with their day to day Law and Order duties and other official obligations. To utilize the above opportunity, specific dates have been fixed for the Police personnel and their family members working in different Zones and Special Units of Hyderabad City including ministerial staff for registering their names on line and obtain the slots.
Police personnel working with South Zone, SB, HGs, Traffic and Ministerial Staff can register the names from 9.30 AM onwards on October 14th and 26th; E/Z, W/Z, CAR & CTC, CSW and Task Force on October 15th and 27th; N/Z, C/Z, CCS, SIT, Communication and CPL on October 16th and 28th.
On October 29th and 30th, registration will be open to all the leftover (applications).
The applicants of different Units of Hyderabad City have been requested to visit P.V. Cell, housed in Tr.P.S. Saifabad, Opp. I-Max, Khairtabad on the dates noted against their Units / Zones along with Xerox copies of their address proof, ID proof, for registration of their names on-line and generation of ARN sheet (Application Reference No.) It is mandatory that all the Police personnel shall invariably carry Annexure-N (Letter of intimation addressed to the Addl.C.P., S.B., Hyderabad). The list of the documents essential for registration of their application / slot booking is being sent separately to their respective Unit offices and any further doubts in this regard can be clarified from the Office of the P.V. Cell, S.B., Hyderabad.
After completion of the above process successfully,the applicants shall visit to the allotted Passport SevaKendras (PSKs at Begumpet, Tolichowki and Ameerpet) on October 31 as per the time slot allotted to each applicant which starts from 09.00 am onwards for entering their on-line submission of PPFs followed by scrutiny of original records. The applicants need not bring any photos with them as their biometrics and finger prints will be captured at concerned PSKs during submission of their applications along with fee of Rs.1,500/-. Scrutiny of their original documents will be done at the PSK only by the concerned RPO staff. All the applicants are once again requested to bring all their originals on 31.10.2015 for scrutiny by the concerned PSKs.
