Job Description:

The Seller Support Site Trainer-Coach is responsible for training delivery and coordination for new hire, refresher, continuing education, advanced skill, leadership and launch trainings for our Seller Support Associates, and thus is accountable for producing positive training results.

The Site Trainer-Coach coordinates directly with senior business owners (site leader, operations managers, team managers, etc), Global Academy Managers, other Seller Support Trainers, leads, mentors, Subject Matter Experts and instructional designers to ensure all trainings are conducted on-time and with sufficient resources and facilities.

Duties will include both general skills and a focus on Fullfillment By Amazon (FBA) specialty skills, providing focused training and coaching/mentoring in this advanced area.

Coordinate Training including communicating with appropriate business owners: seller support team leaders; Global Academy Managers; other Seller Support Trainers; Subject Matter Experts and Associates to ensure all trainings are conducted on-time and with sufficient resources and facilities.

Facilitate Instructor-Led, On-The-Job and Blended Learning training classes for new hires, new skills (cross-training), feature launches, and refreshers as necessary in our sites. The person hired for this Trainer-Coach role must be able to utilize the learning management system and test practice environment.

Learning Plan development and implementation for low-performing associates, including coaching/mentoring as needed.

Site Training Administration, including administering testing and certification, managing the training calendar, reporting on work outcomes and impact, scheduling, and partnering with site leadership to deliver all curriculum development, training and other learning intervention requests. This role will also include use of surveys, quizzes, performance metrics and other available tools to evaluate the effectiveness of training and assess new Associate learning and skill development.
Regionalization of training content may include translation from English into local or site-supported language as appropriate, and ensuring content properly reflects local laws, policies, processes and tools. This may also include modification of existing content, as well as creation of unique local content when required.

Overall, the Seller Support Site Trainer-Coach will be responsible for driving high quality training provided to Amazon employees and play a significant role in the development of a successful, effective global technical support team.

Travel required Occasional travel may be required to other sites in the region and to corporate headquarters in Seattle.
