An 18-year-old from Murfreesboro, Tennessee may owe his life to Siri, reports FOX17.
The teen was working under his truck when it fell on him, trapping his arms. Alone he tried to yell for help but nobody heard his cries. Then the teen heard the familiar Siri activation coming from the iPhone in his back pocket. He was able to “push up on his hip” to activate Siri and call 911.
Murfreesboro EMS, LifeFlight, and Vanderbilt University Medical Center’s trauma team took over from there but if it were not for Siri, they may not have had the chance.
