Aziz, accompanied by Foreign Secretary Aizaz Ahmad Chaudhry, wrote his comments in the Condolence Book and expressed his country’s sympathies with the government and the people of India, state-run Radio Pakistan reported.

Kalam was laid to rest on Thursday in his hometown Rameswaram in Tamil Nadu with full military honours. He died on Monday following cardiac arrest.
