Shaadi Mubarak scheme completes 1 year, Dy CM to launch auto rickshaw scheme

Minority Welfare Department will organise a programme in connection with completion of one year of Shaadi Mubarak scheme in which details regarding successful implementation of the scheme will be briefed.

Deputy Chief Minister Mohammed Mahmood Ali, will launch the website regarding application for driver-cum-owner scheme by Minority Finance Corporation in a function to be held in Hajj House premises. 100 poor families of Hyderabad and Rangareddy will be provided auto rickshaws. Minority Finance Corporation will provide 50 percent amount as subsidy while 40% loan will be sanctioned from bank. Candidates will have to pay the remaining10% amount.

Deputy Chief Minister told that the scheme had been introduced to eliminate economic backwardness of minorities. He further informed that applications would be accepted till October 22 while Auto rickshaws will be distributed on November 11 on the occasion of Minority Welfare Day.
