Job Description:

Act as a single point of contact for phone calls and emails from multiple customers regarding IT issues and queries
Receiving, logging and managing calls via telephone and email and Maintaining timely update and documentation of trouble tickets
1st and 2nd line support – troubleshooting of IT related problems and basic network issues.
Take ownership of problems and follow up the status of problems and communicate progress in a timely manner should maintain a high degree of customer service for all support queries and adhere to all service management principles.
Strong knowledge of Microsoft based operating systems with emphasis on Windows 7 and Office 2010.
Knowledge on Windows, VOIP, ISP and Active directory
Willing to work in 24×7 rotational shifts.

Salary:INR 2,00,000 – 4,75,000 P.A

2 years previous IT Service Desk or Technical Support (Voice).
Excellent organizational skills.
Knowledge on Routers and Switches.
Knowledge on Server technologies, Virtualization awareness
of Citrix and VMware
Incident Management experience Managing incidents including business expectations and communication.
Ability to grasp concepts quickly.
Awareness of ITIL processes.
